We had a fairly nice stay for a May visit.

Got the same a double room with extra couch booked online, truly enjoyed that. The location was particularly good, very close to the very pretty Riomaggiore and a hill and all the restaurants and minutes from 

We were in a good and stunning location just off the nature of the overall area, the hill where the building was and the train station.

Pity, but the beds were a bit hard.

Stunning position in Riomaggiore...

Quiet atmosphere, above average and wonderful breakfast with homemade scrambled eggs.

I had 7 nights in Riomaggiore, spending the time here lovely. Greatly enjoyed fabulous food in the terrace. The hotel's location was perfect, so close to eating places, Riomaggiore and Manarola. It also was on hill.  

We truly enjoyed marvellous breakfasts with jams, espressed coffees. Stayed in cheap room with a view. The hotel's location was good and absolutely perfect in the mountains.

Had a fantastic 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. My room was neat and well airconditioned with a clean bathroom. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and responded promptly to requests.

Superfriendly staff, awesome views of the village, everything is great! A stunning restaurant for dinner is available.

fantastic and clean hotel, comfortable beds. neat and cheap unit with a delightful decor. great location close enough to the nature of the overall area, the mountains, and riomaggiore hill in a central area. 

Had nice stay of this vacation. Our room was new-fashioned with a view and the staff were really helpful and pretty friendly. The location was wonderful, a few steps away from Guardiola Tower.

The hotel had a stunning view of the city, thanks to its location at the top of the mountain. We loved relaxing on the balcony and taking in the breathtaking scenery. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and deliciously made 

For one thing, there was absolutely no problem with the reservations. The hotel is clean.

The little garden area behind the hotel, but near our room (#14) could have been cleaned up a little more, perhaps with a chair or two, maybe a bench. Directions to the hotel could have been much better. Passes for the park bus could have been included in the price, with a time schedule for the bus. A time table for the train could have been posted in the room and available to prevent so much waiting. More restaurants and directions to them would have been helpful too.

Very uncomfortable bed, everything else was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

The rooms were noisy, with sounds of flushing, conversations, and dropped items. The breakfast offerings were not as advertised.

The views from the room's balcony were spectacular, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the staff people, Timothy, lugged our suitcases up the mountain to the hotel and did so with a smile and
